Korgi Add-on is now in Google Workspace Marketplace™, plus our privacy update and new floating console icon

Korgi's officially everywhere you are in Google Workspace! Add any Gmail, Calendar event, or Drive File to a Korgi board or to your Google Calendar when you install the Korgi Add-on:

Korgi also has privacy and feature updates to share. Be sure to take the new 45-second product tour when you create a new board or open any board you own.

  1. Privacy Policy. We've updated our Privacy Policy to advise that changes are notified via the "Latest update" date at the top of the page.
  2. Korgi Console launcher. The "i" icon from the top nav bar now is a floating icon on the bottom right of your screen, for easy access to your favorite features: Dash (for Gmail and more), Chat/Notes, Korgi AI, Invites/Referrals, Contact Korgi, and Help.)
  3. Collapsible columns. You asked - really specifically! - and we answered. YES, you now can collapse and expand individual or all columns to help navigate large boards.
  4. Copy/Move columns and cards. Easily dupe and relocate them from any card drawer.
  5. Korgi AI update. We've updated Google Gemini - expect faster, expanded responses. Per our Privacy Policy, we do not share your information to develop, improve, or train AI.

Rooting for you and your projects!

Korgi adds Gmail™, "Chat|Tasks," and private templates to your boards!

Korgi's three new mega-features will save you hours of toggling through tabs every week.

  1. Korgi Console. First, your new Korgi Dash adds Gmail to Korgi's G Suite/Google Marketplace integrations. View and manage your mail, calendar events, files, and contacts from the Dash - and turn any item instantly into a card on your board. Korgi's unified search also lets you surface all your related Google content in one click, as you prepare for meetings and do research. Next, Korgi Chat|Tasks finally tame the content chaos of chat apps. Chat from any board, connect messages and threads directly to cards, and turn any chat instantly into a task - because that's how easy and effective chat should be! (Location: select the "i" icon on the top right of your nav bar.)
  2. Copy and move columns and cards. That's right, now cards and columns can instantly be duplicated on the current board or copied or moved to any other one. (Location: Select the three dots – the "drawer" – on the bottom left of any card, then select the diamond-plus icon.)
  3. Create your own templates. Can you copy a Korgi board? Of course! Even better, you can turn it into a private template to generate new boards for client projects, meetings, application and interview management, production workflows, and much more. Share templates with your team members and colleagues to spread the productivity joy! (Location: To create templates - the icon to the left of "Share" on the top right of your board's nav bar or the top dropdown menu on mobile. To use templates - on your "My Boards" page in the template section, select the "Private" tab.)

Today's local news is... you can upload local files!

KORGIVILLE—Korgi just released a new, tasty treat for users. Now you can attach files from your device to your board straight from the drawer!

  1. Open the drawer on the card you want to attach a file to.
  2. Select the Drive icon to add a file. You'll see a second option in the picker to "Upload."
  3. Select your local file or drag it into the picker.
  4. Korgi uploads the file to the board's Drive folder for you. As always, you'll see a new Drive icon on your card. Just select the icon to open the file in your browser.

Good dog, Korgi!
